Membership Report
Pre-registration (with a $200 deposit/team/night) will take place until June 1, 2007 with a point system in place, if required. After June 1, 2007, if any evening league is not full and space is available, all registered teams that have paid their team deposit will be guaranteed a spot on the night of their choice. Membership fees are due prior to playing the first game. However, payment plans are available should any person require them. Should you wish to take advantage of this payment plan, you can contact the office at 344-0111 or the Draw Chair. For the last couple of years, it has been the practice of some individuals, to not fully pay their dues as required. This year, in an effort to cut down on delinquent accounts, the terms of payment will be enforced. If your whole team is not fully paid, or made financing arrangements before the end of the first series of curling, your team will not receive any points for their wins. In the end, the entire team is responsible to ensure that their team is fully paid. The delinquent member, as well as the skip of the team, will be notified of any non-payment at the end of the first series. Any team that has a member who is not fully paid, or has not made financing arrangements by the end of the second series, will not be allowed further curling, and no refunds will be made. This should enforce on each team member the importance of being fully paid, as it will affect all team members financially. We, as a club, depend on full payment of dues so that we can continue to operate. Most members are fully paid well before the due date, and it would not be fair to them to have to carry members who, for whatever reason, choose not to pay their dues. Don't forget, if you are over 65 years of age, you are entitled to a "senior" discount.
